The Passkey University tool was designed to provide training courses on Passkey as well as courses on the best practices of Passkey. By providing a system that can be accessed 24/7, training can be done at your own convenience.

With Passkey University, licensed hotel users of Passkey can access courses on:

• Passkey reports including, block & pickup, rooming list, duplicate attendee, etc.
• Passkey reservations – how to make, modify and cancel individual reservations.
• How to get the most out of Room list manager by automating the rooming list process.
• Completing and updating Hotel and User Profiles in Passkey.
• Using the Call Center to enter room list and individual reservations.
• Integrated registration and housing with RegLink.

In the near future we will also be including numerous courses for all licensees on how to create events in Passkey, short-cuts for creating rooming list only groups, managing inventory after an event’s cut-off date, and mastering Group Link.
