Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau Introduces Passkey as its Online Housing System

Pasadena, CA — To make meeting in Pasadena even more convenient, the Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has selected the Passkey reservation system to handle its group housing requests. The Pasadena CVB will offer Passkey as a complimentary service to groups using two or more Pasadena hotels with 400 room nights on peak.

The Passkey system provides valuable incentives to all involved in the group housing process. Planners holding their events in Pasadena will be able to:

Offer attendees the convenience of booking their hotel rooms online in the contracted block.
Connect event registration directly to hotel reservations through RegLink.
Access real-time pick up and pace reports to maximize in-block bookings and minimize book-arounds and attrition.
Receive Smart Alerts notifying them of critical milestones.
Communicate with event attendees prior to arrival via e-mail blasts.
