Waltham, MA – December 16, 2009 - Passkey, the worldwide leader in online group reservations, today announced the appointment of hospitality industry veteran Joel Pyser as its Chief Client Officer.
Pyser was most recently a managing director at HelmsBriscoe, the global leader in meeting procurement. Previously, he was president and COO at Inn Fluent and vice president of field sales at Marriott International, where he was responsible for the sales strategy for several of Marriott’s group sales channels.
As Passkey’s Chief Client Officer, Pyser will have responsibility for revenue continuation, product adoption and client satisfaction across Passkey’s international client base including hotels, convention and visitor bureaus, meeting management companies, corporations, and associations.
