With Passkey, Mohegan Sun will be able to offer every group or meeting its own customized
hotel reservation website, where event attendees can make and manage their hotel
reservations online, while planners can track hotel block pick-up and reservation status through
real-time reports and updates. Reservations made via the Passkey-enabled websites will flow
directly to Mohegan Sun’s reservation system. In doing Passkey eliminates the need to re-key
data while minimizing book-arounds and attrition and maximizing room block pick-up.

Mohegan Sun features 1,200 luxury guest rooms, over 60 shops and restaurants and more than
100,000 square feet of function space accommodating up to 5,300 people. The function space
includes the 38,000 square-foot Uncas Ballroom, which is complemented by 30,000 square feet
of floor space within the Mohegan Sun Arena. The facility also includes 19 individual meeting
rooms that can accommodate from 16 to 240 people, allowing it to house group events of all
sizes. An additional 11,000 square feet of meeting space will be added to the ongoing multimillion
dollar Project Horizon expansion set for completion fall 2010.
