Specifically MTM will be able to provide each group with a dedicated website where event attendees can make their hotel reservations online via a user-friendly booking process, while meeting planners can drop off rooming lists at a secure location. In both cases, reservations will flow directly and accurately to MTM's property management system (PMS).  Meanwhile, planners and hotel staff will be able to monitor and manage each group's reservations and block pick-up in real-time, helping them maximize revenues while minimizing reservation costs, errors and overhead.
