Substitution Policy
Substitutions are accepted for this event. To process a substitution request, please contact phf12@passkey.com or 781-373-4131.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request must be received in writing to Passkey by Friday, March 23, 2012 to receive a refund for your conference registration. An administrative fee of $150 will be charged if a cancellation request is received after that date. Please be sure to cancel your housing separately.
Passkey licensees - please note that in order to redeem your complimentary registration offer, housing must be reserved within the PHF '12 block at the Hilton Austin. A cancellation to your hotel reservation may result in a registration fee.
