Substitution Policy:
Substitutions are accepted for this event. To process a substitution request, please contact Passkey via email at phf08@passkey.com or by phone at 866-649-1KEY(1539).
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration, a written request must be received in writing to Passkey by Friday, July 25, 2008 to receive a refund for your conference registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be applied. Cancellation requests received after that date will not be issued a refund. Please be sure to cancel your housing separately.
Following the successful completion of your registration for the Passkey Housing Forum 2008, you are invited to secure housing at our host hotel, the Wynn Las Vegas.

Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. The credit card will be charged at that time.
Individuals may cancel their hotel reservation by 3:00 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid no-show billings of 1 night's room and tax. Please be sure to obtain a cancellation number at the time of cancellation and retain this number for your files.
Individual Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals: Wynn Las Vegas requires a pre-authorization of $150.00 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. This pre-authorization will take place upon check-in (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $450.00 when you check in). Should you not provide a credit card, the hotel will require a cash deposit of $300.00 per night for incidentals. Such cash deposit will be collected at the time of check-in (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, you will be required to put down a $900.00 cash deposit). Please note that if you do utilize a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.
Changes: You may make changes to a hotel reservation online until August 8th. After August 8th, please contact the hotel directly.
