Q: When is the last day to register for the conference?

The last day to register for the conference is Friday, August 5, 2008 or when capacity is reached. Registration is limited so make sure to register early to guarantee a place.

Q: May more than one person from my company attend?

Yes, but each person must complete a separate registration.

Q: What is the attire?

Business casual.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel your registration, a written request must be received in writing to Passkey by Friday, July 25, 2008 to receive a refund for your conference registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be applied. Cancellation requests received after that date will not be issued a refund. Please be sure to cancel your housing separately.

Individuals may cancel their hotel reservation by 3:00 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid no-show billings of 1 night's room and tax. Please be sure to obtain a cancellation number at the time of cancellation and retain this number for your files.
