Check In/Check Out:
Hotel check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12 noon. Anyone arriving earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be checked in as soon as
rooms become available; but should be aware that there may be a wait. Anyone who wants to check-out later than 12 noon should be aware that
a late fee may incur. The hotel will be happy to arrange for baggage storage for luggage.
Parking:
There is a parking fee of $30 per day to self-park and $41 per day for valet service. (Valet parking allows for multiple entries into the
garage).

Payment:
Payments are due upon submission of your registration. The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and checks made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. If paying by check, please allow two weeks for

Confirmations for registration and housing will be issued separately via email.
Substitution Policy:
Substitutions are accepted for this event. To process a substitution request, please contact Passkey via email at
phf07@passkey.com or by phone at 866-649-1KEY(1539).
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration, a written request must be received in writing to Passkey by Friday, July 20, 2007
to receive a refund for your conference registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be applied.
Cancellation requests received after that date will not be issued a refund. Please be sure to cancel your
housing separately.

Following the successful completion of your registration for the Passkey Housing Forum 2007, you are invited to
secure housing at our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Boston Hotel, located in Boston.
Room rates are available at the following discounted group rates:
Standard Room: $189
Regency Club: $259

Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for late arrival. For any guaranteed reservations that "no show",
one night's room and tax will be charged to the individual. Individuals may cancel their hotel reservation by 3:00 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid no-show billings of 1 nights room and tax. Reservations cancelled the same day as arrival will be charged a 1 nights room and tax. Please be sure to obtain a cancellation
number at the time of cancellation and retain this number for your files.
Early Departure Fee:
A $75.00 early departure fee will be assessed to any guest who departs earlier than the date that was confirmed at check-in.
Emergency or special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Changes:
You may make changes to a hotel reservation online until July 31st. After July 31st, please contact the hotel directly.
