FAQs
When is the last day to register for the conference?
The last day to register for the conference is Friday, August 17, 2007 or when capacity is reached. Registration is
limited so make sure to register early to guarantee a place.
What is the cost for the conference?
Early Bird Registration Fees: $495 through June 29, 2007
Basic Registration Fee: $595
What does the registration fee include?
Fee includes all meals, materials and access to all sessions.
What forms of payment are accepted and when is payment due?
The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks made in U.S. dollars
drawn on a U.S. bank. If paying by check, please allow two weeks for processing. Payments are due upon submission of your
registration. Make checks payable to Passkey International and send to:

How do I register?

May more than one person from my company attend?
Yes, but each person must complete a separate registration.
What is the attire?
Business casual.
What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel your registration, a written request must be received in writing to Passkey by July 20, 2007 to receive a refund
for your conference registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be applied. Cancellation requests received after July
20, 2007 will not be issued a refund. Please be sure to cancel your housing separately.
Individuals may cancel their hotel reservation by 3:00 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid no-show billings of 1 nights
room and tax. Reservations cancelled the same day as arrival will be charged a 1 nights room and tax. Please be sure to
obtain a cancellation number at the time of cancellation and retain this number for your files.
How can I book a room?
Following the successful completion of your registration for the Passkey Housing Forum 2007, you can secure a room at the
Hyatt Regency Boston Hotel. Room rates are available at a discounted group rate of $189 for a Standard Room or $259 for a Regency Club
