With our first RegLink event in Passkey we had 62% of the group's hotel reservations made on the Web and 94% of the block was sold pre-cutoff! We had the ability to provide the planner with comparative reports that showed who had registered and booked housing, and not booked housing. This saved us about 3 hours of our time, since we didn't have go through the grueling audit process.

We downloaded our data the day after Passkey housing closed, allowing for a complete transfer. The transfer rate was over 90%, meaning that I had to enter fewer than 70 reservations by hand, as opposed to over 700.
